    Outstanding meritorious achievement or service to the United States.

  9. Air Medal

    Heroic or meritorious achievement while participating in aerial flight.

  10. Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal

    Heroism, meritorious achievement, or meritorious service.

  11. Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal

    Meritorious service or achievement in either combat or non-combat situations based on sustained performance or specific achievement or a superlative nature but does not warrant a Commendation Medal or higher.

  12. Combat Action Ribbon

    Satisfactory performance under enemy fire while actively participating in a ground or maritime engagement.

  16. Marine Corps Expeditionary Medal

    Land on foreign territory, engage in operations against armed opposition, or who operate under circumstances deemed to merit special recognition and for which no campaign medal has been awarded.

  17. Navy Expeditionary Medal

    Landed on foreign territory and engaged in operations against armed opposition, or operated under circumstances which, after full consideration, shall be deemed to merit special recognition and for which service non campaign medal has been awarded.

  18. National Defense Service Medal

    Military service during periods of national emergency or any other periods designated by Secretary of Defense.

  19. Syrian Campaign Medal

    Awarded for participating in any operation involving the 1MD Syria Campaign. Bronze Star Device awarded for every Syrian Campaign.

    Support of operations to counter terrorism in a non-deployed status, whether stationed in the United States or overseas.

    Awarded to the members in our Unit that have served in the Armed Forces of their country.

    Meritorious direct participation in a significant military act or operation of a humanitarian nature.

  24. NATO ISAF Medal

    Awarded along with the Syrian Campaign Medal

Ribbons

  1. Sea Service Deployment Ribbon

    Awarded to those who have been to an operation which involved being in any foreign land to exclude the American continent.

  2. Marine Corps Recruiting Ribbon

    Awarded for every 2 "Marines" recruited. Bronze Star Device applied for every pair of recruits after the first two. Max two bronze star devices.

  3. Navy Recruiting Service Ribbon

    Awarded for every 2 "Sailors" recruited. Bronze Star Device applied for every pair of recruits after the first two. Max two bronze star devices.

  4. Navy Recruit Training Ribbon

    Awarded to the members of our community that are actively training "Sailors". A Bronze Star Device will be awarded for every 10 recruits trained.

  5. Marine Corps Drill Instructor Ribbon

    Awarded to the members of our community that are actively training "Marines". A Bronze Star Device will be awarded for every 10 recruits trained.

  6. Marine Corps Combat Instructor Ribbon

    Awarded to the members of our community that are actively training "Marines" the fundamentals of infantry. A Bronze Star Device will be awarded for every 10 "Marines" trained. Max two bronze star devices.

Marksmanship Badges

  1. Navy Rifle Marksman Medal

    Awarded to Naval Personnel who score Marksman on their Rifle Qualification.

  2. Navy Rifle Sharpshooter Medal

    Awarded to Naval Personnel who score Sharpshooter on their Rifle Qualification.

  3. Navy Rifle Expert Medal

    Awarded to Naval Personnel who score Expert on their Rifle Qualification.

  4. Navy Pistol Marksman Medal

    Awarded to Naval Personnel who score Marksman on their Pistol Qualification.

  5. Navy Pistol Sharpshooter Medal

    Awarded to Naval Personnel who score Sharpshooter on their Pistol Qualification.

  6. Navy Pistol Expert Medal

    Awarded to Naval Personnel who score Expert on their Pistol Qualification.

Warfare Qualifications

  1. Surface Warfare Badge - Officer

    Awarded to Officers who are assigned to a Surface Ship

  2. Surface Warfare Badge - Enlisted

    Awarded to Sailors who completed Recruit Training Command and their 'A' School if the Sailor is on a surface ship.

  3. Fleet Marine Force Badge

    The FMF badge is awarded to all Corpsman and additional Sailors who complete the FMF Qualification. This badge is awarded after completing 1 official operation with 1MD and approved by the Commanding Officer and Senior Corpsman in 1MD.

  4. Naval Aviator Badge

    A Naval Aviator is a Commissioned Officer qualified as a pilot in the United States Navy or United States Marine Corps. This badge is awarded to any Pilot who completes all phases of the Naval Air Training Command pipeline.

  5. Naval Flight Officer Badge

    A Naval Flight Officer is a Commissioned Officer qualified in manning aircraft weapons systems in the United States Navy or United States Marine Corps. This badge is awarded to any NFO who completes all phases of the Naval Air Training Command pipeline.

  6. Naval Parachutist Badge

    This badge is worn by Marines and Sailors that have completed United States Navy Parachute School.

  7. Basic Parachutist Badge

    Awarded to any Marine and Navy Personnel who complete Airborne School.

  8. Combatant Diver

    The Combatant Diver Badge is awarded to Marines and Sailors who Complete the United States Navy Combatant Diver Course.
